Fixed the Blessing Page and corrected a few minor things.

All character lists should work now.

The Activity check is over on Wolf Mountain.  The members lists have been updated to represent the new information.  Additional changes are also underway.

The Blessing List has been updated, hopefully with clearer descriptions for a couple of blessings.  New blessings have also been added, including blessings that block and new rank-only blessings.
